The Camden County Historical Society Museum is now reopen to the public on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays, 10am-4pm.

The Camden County Historical Society Library is reopen to the public on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 10am-4pm. In order to limit the number of visitors at a time in the Camden County Historical Society Library, researchers MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE. You can book a 3-hour timeslot for either the morning 10am-1pm or the afternoon 1pm-4pm (or both) by clicking the link below:

Thanks to a grant from the Camden County Commissioners’ Non-Profit Recovery Program, the Camden County Historical Society is currently in the process of digitizing several of its collections, including microfilm, newspapers, cemetery records, photographs, and maps. During this process, some collections will not be available to researchers. The materials should be accessible again by the fall, and will eventually become an online digital database!
